Betul Kalay

Betul KALAY has extensive experience in business development and strategic roles within the defense industry. Currently serving as Genel Müdür Yardımcısı, İş Geliştirme & Strateji at AYESAŞ since November 2014 and Vice Chairman of the Security Business Unit at ASD Europe since January 2023, KALAY has previously held positions such as Business Development Manager for New Business Segments at AYESAŞ and LENTATEK, and Business Development Manager for New Business Segments at AYESAŞ and Vestel Defence Industry. Prior to these roles, KALAY worked at HAVELSAN A.Ş. as Regional Marketing Manager for America, Europe, and NATO, and at the Undersecretariat for Defence Industries in various expert capacities. KALAY holds a Master's degree in Finance from Gazi University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Middle East Technical University, complemented by attendance at the NATO Defence College for senior military education.
