Homarghya Homroy

Homarghya Homroy is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in data products, machine learning, and big data infrastructure. Currently serving as a Technical Lead (SDE IV) at Ayla Networks, Homarghya has demonstrated expertise in building data products since May 2021. Homarghya has also worked as a Freelancer since January 2013, providing machine learning engineering and data consulting services, including developing machine learning projects and optimizing data engineering processes. Previous roles include Analytics Team Lead at eHealth Saskatchewan, where models predicting hospital admissions for diabetic patients were developed, and Machine Learning Engineer at Enterprise Peak, focusing on big data infrastructure and machine learning pipelines. Earlier experiences include positions at Kar Auction Service Inc, Ericsson, and PwC, contributing to various data and analytics initiatives. Homarghya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University.
