James Esser

James Esser has a diverse work experience in the field of networking and architectural roles. James is currently working as a Principal Architect at ePlus inc. since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Solutions Architect - Carrier Networking at CCI Systems from December 2020 to April 2023. From October 2018 to April 2020, they worked as a System Engineer at CCI Systems, Inc. Before that, they held various roles at SDN Communications, including Director of Network Engineering from December 2014 to October 2018, Network Engineering Transport Supervisor in April 2014, and Network Engineer from July 2008 to April 2014. James started their career as a Network Operations Tech at James Valley Telephone from January 2004 to June 2008.

James Esser received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of Jamestown in the years 1997-2001. Additionally, they obtained two additional certifications, the MEF-CECP 2.0 in 2014 and the MEF-CECP 1.0 in 2012.
