Navin Prakash Chanchal has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Navin Prakash currently serves as a Senior Engineering Manager at Ayla Networks, where they are responsible for planning and implementing project activities, managing Agile projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to that, Navin worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Sabre India, where they led strategic product developments and managed inventory and data streams projects. Navin Prakash also worked as a Sr. Delivery Manager at BT Global Services, overseeing operations, development, and delivery, and as a Program Manager at IBM India Pvt. Ltd, where they were responsible for end-to-end delivery in the field of billing and customer care for telecom clients. Navin's early career included roles as a Sr. Software Engineer at Amdocs and as an Assistant Executive Engineer at ITI Limited, where they gained experience in PCB design research. Navin Prakash Chanchal, PMP® CSM®, has a diverse education history. Navin Prakash completed their B.Tech. degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from 1994 to 1998. In 2018 to 2019, Navin pursued a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Management with a specialization in Sales and Digital Marketing at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Currently, they are undergoing an Executive Education program in Leadership and Management in New Age Businesses at Wharton Executive Education since 2022.
