Sean McGhie

Sean is a corporate and securities attorney with over 25 years of experience working both in-house and as a partner in an AMLAW 100 law firm. He is the head of the corporate legal department, is responsible for the legal affairs of the company, and provides legal counsel to the board of directors, CEO and other senior management. Prior to his tenure at Ayla, he was General Counsel of Pace Americas, where he was responsible for the company's largest customer contracts, including AT&T, Comcast and DirecTV. He was also responsible for the company's mergers and acquisitions activities, including the company’s acquisitions of 2Wire and Aurora Networks, and the company’s bid for the Motorola Home business unit of Google. Prior to Pace, he was a partner in the corporate and securities department at Akerman, LLP, the largest law firm in the State of Florida with more than 700 attorneys.
