Nila Merola

Nila Merola currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at TAG - The Aspen Group since April 2023. Previously, Nila held the position of Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at Aspen Dental Management, Inc. from August 2019 to June 2023. Nila's legal career includes experience as an Associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and as a Law Clerk in the Northern District of New York. Nila earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
