Rami Asad

Rami Asad is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over 18 years in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Ayla Oasis since December 2015, Rami has previously held senior roles including Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company, and Director of Human Resources for various pre-opening projects at Rotana - Amman Rotana and Millennium Hotel Amman. Rami also worked at Grand Hyatt Amman as Human Resources Manager and Training Manager, contributing to the hotel's reputation in the business and diplomatic districts. Rami's brief tenure at Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam involved task-force rebranding initiatives. Rami holds a degree from the University of Jordan, where studies were completed from 1990 to 1995.
