Sean Rocke

Sean Rocke is an accomplished professional in administration and human resources with extensive experience in project management within the arts sector. Currently serving as the Director of Administration and Human Resources at Schuler Shook since February 2025, Sean previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at Perrett Laver from February 2021 to February 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing executive-level searches and client relations in the Social Impact and Environment sector. Prior positions include Production Administrator at Blue Man Group, where financial systems and budget management were key focuses, and Production Office Manager at Chicago Shakespeare Theater, responsible for production payroll and budgeting for multiple projects. Sean’s career also includes significant contributions to organizations like Hangar Theatre and Signature Theatre Company in various production management roles.
