David Royster

David Royster currently serves as the Interim Chief Operating Officer and Market Director at Aylo Health since December 2023. Prior to this role, David held various leadership positions at CVS Health from September 2015 to April 2023, including Region Director, where responsibilities included overseeing 212 pharmacy retail locations across 11 states and managing a team of over 1,500 colleagues. During this tenure, David focused on enhancing patient satisfaction and driving business success. Earlier experience includes serving as a District Leader for CVS Health in multiple markets and working as a Pharmacy Business Partner at Target. David's career in pharmacy management began at Walgreens, where roles included District Manager, Store Manager, and Pharmacy Supervisor. Academically, David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from The University of New Mexico.
