Charlie Davies

Charlie Davies is an accomplished energy executive with extensive experience in the sector. Since April 2015, Charlie has held multiple roles at So Energy, including Interim Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, and Co-Founder & Co-Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, Charlie worked at GDF SUEZ Trading as an Energy Trader, specializing in proprietary European gas trading from February 2014 to April 2015. Earlier experience includes a position as an Energy Trader at Macquarie Group from June 2007 to April 2013, focusing on UK and European gas and power trading, as well as an Investment Banking Intern involved in corporate advisory. Charlie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Maths and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Diploma Level II from the Society of Technical Analysts, and A Levels in Mathematics, Chemistry, Art, and Physics from Oundle School.
