Rebecca Higginbotham

Rebecca Higginbotham, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Aylo Health since March 2022. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Benevis from 2010 to March 2022, where leadership was provided for HR functions for 3,500 staff members across 130 offices in over 20 states. Rebecca also held various roles at The Van Zant Resource Group, Inc. from 2008 to 2010, including Sr. HR Consultant, providing HR services to a diverse range of clients. Earlier in Rebecca's career, from 2003 to 2008, the role of Director of Human Resources was undertaken at Internap Network Services, overseeing HR and recruiting across multiple locations worldwide including 20 states, London, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong.
