Ivo Pavia

Ivo Pavia is an experienced innovation professional currently serving as the Innovation Manager at Ayming since September 2025. Prior to this role, Pavia held the position of Senior Consultant, PMO, and Innovation Funding at NOS SGPS from January 2023 to September 2025, and previously worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at FI Group from September 2019 to December 2022. Pavia's educational background includes a forthcoming program at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, alongside a Pós-graduação in Business Management from Universidade Aberta (2021-2022).
