Alphel Musukwa has held various roles in the insurance industry and is currently the Head of Claims & Customer Service at aYo Holdings. With experience in claims processing, risk management, fraud detection, and customer service, Alphel has demonstrated expertise in ensuring timely closure of claims in line with company objectives. Prior to this role, Alphel served as an Assistant Manager at Madison Life Insurance Company Zambia Limited, overseeing microinsurance claims. With a background in underwriting and claims administration, Alphel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the insurance sector.
