Anita Bekoe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Anita started their career in 2016 as a Marketer (National Service) at Access Bank (Ghana) Plc. Anita then joined aYo Holdings in 2018 as a Telesales Executive. Anita later progressed to become a Customer Engagement Executive before eventually being promoted to the position of Customer Engagement Team Head in September 2021.
Anita Bekoe pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting at Central University from 2012 to 2016. Anita further enhanced their skillset by obtaining additional certifications in various areas. In May 2021, Anita achieved a certificate in "Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers" from LinkedIn Learning. In March 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Insurance from the National Insurance Commission. Additionally, in February 2021, Anita received a Certificate in Administrative Support from Alison.
