Oya Küstür, MSc

Oya Küstür, MSc has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Oya is currently working as the Head of QA at ayoba since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Quality Assurance and Governance Lead at Turkcell Technology from December 2018 to December 2022. Before that, they worked as the VAS Test Lead at Wipro Limited from February 2018 to November 2018.

Oya also has experience as a Technical and Operations Manager at TeknolojiSK from August 2015 to January 2018, where they provided technical support for web server maintenance, troubleshooting, and graphic design for Teknoblog.

Oya has also worked at Vodafone Türkiye, where they held multiple roles including VAS Service Acceptance and Test Expert and Team Leader from March 2013 to July 2015, VV & Service Acceptance Senior Specialist from April 2012 to February 2013, and VAS Test Specialist from January 2011 to March 2012. In these roles, Oya was responsible for product acceptance, test case design, test environment preparation, and managing test platforms for the VAS department.

Oya started their career as a Software Design and Test Engineer at Nortel Netas from August 2007 to January 2011. Here, they were involved in the design and testing of Lawful Interception (LI) solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant processes and customer requirements.

Lastly, Oya worked briefly in the marketing department at Borusan Telekom from April 2007 to August 2007. Their responsibilities included financial analysis, pricing models, proposal preparation, and product presentations for voice and data services.

Oya Küstür obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University from 1998 to 2004. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering at Boğaziçi University from 2005 to 2008.
