Matthew Schlein

Matthew Schlein began their career at Target in 2000, initially working as a Sales Floor Team Member. Matthew was then promoted to Sales Floor Specialist, Sales Floor Team Leader, and Produce Team Leader. In 2014, Matthew moved to Ayoka Systems, where they served as HR and Operations Manager. In this role, they increased efficiency by designing and implementing a formal performance review process, enhanced compliance and staff performance by creating and updating policies and procedures in the company handbook, and developed new job descriptions to sustain the company's long-term goals of increased profitability.

Matthew Schlein attended Fossil Ridge High School from 2000 to 2002 and then attended Tarrant County College from 2002 to 2004.
