Eric Holton

Vice President of Development, East at Aypa Power

Eric Holton has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy sector. Eric currently holds the position of Vice President of Development, East at Aypa Power since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Enel Green Power, where they served as Director of Regional Development from March 2022 to July 2023 and as a Senior Development Manager from March 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Enel Green Power, Eric held various roles at Emergya Wind Technologies B.V. from November 2017 to March 2021. Eric served as the Head of Business Development for North America, overseeing all business operations in the US and Canada. In addition to direct wind turbine sales, their responsibilities included project development and solar initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Eric worked at the U.S. Photovoltaic Manufacturing Consortium (PVMC) as a Project Manager and Business Development Executive from April 2012 to January 2017. PVMC is an industry-led solar PV consortium supported by the U.S. Department of Energy SunShot Initiative.

Eric Holton graduated from Cornell University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management. Eric then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Nanoscale Engineering and Economics at the University at Albany, SUNY, which they completed in 2015.
