Jeffrey Denomme, PMP

Jeffrey Denomme, PMP has a diverse range of work experience in project management and electrical engineering. Jeffrey currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Aypa Power, where they are responsible for managing a portfolio of over 40MW of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) capacity. Jeffrey effectively coordinates with various stakeholders, including utility partners, clients, and regulatory agencies, and ensures alignment among all parties involved.

Prior to their current role, Jeffrey worked as a Project Manager at Aypa Power, where they successfully managed the development, construction, and commissioning phases of BESS projects. Jeffrey also has experience as a President at Rubicon Delta Solutions Inc., where they held leadership responsibilities.

In their previous role at Ontario Power Generation, Jeffrey served as a Project Manager for Darlington Projects & Modifications. Jeffrey was responsible for the management and oversight of various projects, such as rectifier replacement, UPS replacement, and PLC replacement campaigns. Jeffrey also played a key role in coordinating work plans and stakeholder reviews for online, outage, and nuclear refurbishment work management streams.

Jeffrey has also worked in the construction industry as a Quality Control Administrator - Electrical at Dufferin Construction Company. Their responsibilities included reviewing design documentation, developing inspection and test plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Furthermore, they have experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator at Aquatech Dewatering Company Inc., an Electrical Project Coordinator and Senior Electrical Project Coordinator at Kiewit, a PMO Project Engineering Coordinator at Vale Canada Limited, and as an Intermediate Electrical Designer at Stantec.

Jeffrey started their career at Ontario Power Generation, where they completed engineering developmental internships in the Nuclear Drawing Office and EFIN (Engineering Fix It Now) departments.

Throughout their career, Jeffrey Denomme has acquired a wide range of skills and expertise in project management, electrical engineering, quality control, and health and safety coordination. Their experience, coupled with their PMP certification, makes him a highly qualified professional in their field.

Jeffrey Denomme, PMP has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, which they obtained from 2013 to 2018. Jeffrey also holds a Diploma of Technology Management and Entrepreneurship from the same university, which they completed from 2016 to 2017.

In terms of certifications, Jeffrey obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2021. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Agile Foundations, Agile Project Leadership, Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Foundations: Quality, Six Sigma: Black Belt, Creating a Culture of Strategy Execution, Leading without Formal Authority, Project Management: Calculating Earned Value, Building Accountability Into Your Culture, Executive Decision Making, Learning Minitab, Six Sigma Foundations, and Six Sigma: Green Belt. These certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2021.

Furthermore, Jeffrey is currently pursuing a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online, which is expected to be completed in 2023.

Jeffrey has also received additional certifications, such as Construction Management (Web Series) from EPIC Educational Program Innovations Center in May 2023 and Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from LinkedIn in September 2021.
