Kevin Loughran

Kevin Loughran is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in preconstruction and estimating roles. Currently serving as Senior Preconstruction Manager at Choate Construction Company since January 2022, Kevin previously held various positions at Haselden Construction from February 2014 to January 2022, including Senior Estimator and Project Estimator. Earlier experience includes Project Engineer roles at Adolfson & Peterson Construction and Webcor Builders, where Kevin contributed to significant projects such as the San Francisco General Hospital Rebuild Project. Kevin began a career in construction management with a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University, further developed through various managerial and labor positions in both family-owned and larger corporate settings.
