Kathryn Burgess

Kathryn Burgess (Wolter) is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, e-commerce, and project management within the cannabis industry. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager (Digital Focus) at AYR Wellness Inc. since November 2022, Kathryn oversees Florida eCommerce initiatives and leads a CRM content team while collaborating with product management and IT to enhance digital solutions. Previously, as Senior Marketing Manager at GrowHealthy, Kathryn developed the GrowHealthy Habits™ loyalty program, created targeted marketing strategies, and managed significant digital projects including a major POS and e-commerce system upgrade. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Media Communication Studies with a minor in Hospitality Management from Florida State University.
