Khyati Shah

Khyati Shah has a diverse work experience. They started their career at Satyanand Dyers as a Management Trainee, where they implemented employee engagement activities and reduced employee theft. They then interned at GrayQuest Finance as an Operations Management Intern, where they were responsible for handling queries, improving client conversion, and gaining exposure to the credit review process. They later joined Codalyze Technologies as a Technical Recruitment & General Management role, where they formulated and executed a hiring strategy, handled full-cycle recruitment, and managed outbound communication. Currently, Khyati is working at Ayraa AI as a BizOps Manager.

Khyati Shah attended Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Biomedical Engineering. In August 2020, they obtained a certification in People Analytics from LinkedIn.
