Mitchell is an environmental scientist with a strong background in performing and managing Phase 1 and 2 environmental site assessments, site investigations, storage tank closures, National Environmental Policy Act environmental assessments, and regulatory compliance and hazardous building material inspection projects. Mitchell prepares regulatory reports, permits, and plans for industrial facilities at the federal, state, and local levels, including hazardous substances, air emissions, hazardous waste, wastewater, stormwater pollution prevention, and oil spill prevention.
