Since December 2014, David has served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Ayres Hotels of Southern California. Prior to this role, David held several positions, including Executive Chef at Aramark and Hilton Checkers Los Angeles, where David contributed significantly to the culinary offerings. Earlier in their career, David worked as Executive Sous Chef at Prime Cut Cafe and Wine Bar and as Chef Tournant at Montage Hotels & Resorts. David holds a Certificate of Completion in Culinary Arts from Long Beach City College and attended California State University-San Bernardino.
