Caroline (Rosie) Wood is currently an HNC Healthcare student and Level 7 Wellness and Holistic Therapies student at Ayrshire College, since August 2023. Previously, Caroline served as Training Manager and Assistant Manager at DEBRA UK from September 2021 to August 2023. Caroline owned and managed The Rosewood Retreat, a Holistic Centre in Troon, from September 2017 to April 2019, focusing on purpose development and professional recruitment. Additionally, Caroline held roles as a Daisy Baby Teacher and Daisy Birthing Teacher with The Daisy Foundation from 2011 to 2019, where responsibilities included class planning and community support. Since 2010, Caroline has worked as a Doula, obtaining Doula UK recognition in December 2012 and demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting families during their childbirth journeys. Caroline's education includes certifications in Daisy Birthing and Daisy Baby, Doula Preparation, and Breastfeeding Support.
