Rodrigo Ramirez serves as the Assistant General Manager at Associated Asset Management (AAM) since November 2022, leading the successful restructuring of internal HOA systems and achieving substantial cost savings. Previously, as Fitness Director, Rodrigo developed the Community Center’s initial Fitness Program, significantly boosting monthly revenue. Early career roles included Fitness Staff Lead, Front Desk Attendant at Premier HOA Management, and Retail Associate at Ross Stores. Rodrigo also founded The Canyon Dreamers, an organization aiding students in securing scholarships and internships. Additionally, current roles include Technical Skill Coach for AYSO United and experience as Vice President of Publicity for the Pre-Medical Society at Grand Canyon University. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Studies with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Grand Canyon University.

AYSO United is the National Club Program of the American Youth Soccer Organization. AYSO Serves over 400,000 Players Nationwide with the “United” Program sitting at the top of the player pyramid. AYSO United Operates in 27 Communities Nationwide with over 9000 Players competing in their local travel leagues, regional leagues, and National Leagues. Founded in 2016 AYSO United shares the same philosophies, and vision that the parent program values with an emphasis on “providing a world class youth soccer program that enriches children’s lives.”
