Aayush Sharma is the User Experience Manager at AYTM, where they design and executes a variety of research and usability studies. Aayush has worked at the company since November 2020. Prior to that, they were a Research Assistant at the University of California, Santa Cruz from November 2019 to September 2021. Aayush also interned at Cheetah Digital in July 2019. Sharma has a wide range of experience in designing user experience studies and conducting research to assess the design of features. Aayush is also experienced in collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers in affinity mapping workshops to uncover and translate high-level user insights into user personas and actionable design requirements. In addition, they have established and owned end-to-end beta processes for both internal alpha testing phases and external release phases to identify areas of improvement prior to release. Finally, they have also created a process for gathering, storing, and tracking key UX KPIs through standard questionnaires and tools to monitor user experience of features post-launch.
Aayush Sharma has a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Aayush Sharma has also completed certification programs in UX Design & Strategy for Emerging Technologies from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and Human-Computer Interaction for User Experience Design from MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL).
