Molly Strawn-Carreño is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing, brand strategy, and membership development. Currently serving as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at aytm since September 2023, Molly focuses on paid advertising, media, and brand advancement in the market research space. In addition, as the Director of Membership for the Insights Association West Chapter, Molly is dedicated to expanding membership within the West region of the United States. Previously, Molly held various marketing roles at InnovateMR, PureSpectrum, and RAREFORM, managing brand consistency and marketing campaigns while also contributing as a writer and editor at Malibu Magazine. Molly's academic background includes a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Journalism from California Lutheran University.
