Enrique Catalina Carmona

Enrique Catalina Carmona currently serves as a member of the Ayuntamiento de Granada since June 2023, holding the position of Concejal de Urbanismo, obras y licencias, and is also the Segundo Teniente Alcalde. From February 2019 to June 2023, Enrique was the Director General de Infraestructuras Viarias and Director General de Infraestructuras at Junta de Andalucía. Prior to that, Enrique was a co-founder of Depuración Inteligente y Eficiente SL and held the role of Administrador Único at ZOSER INGENIERIA SLU. With extensive experience in construction management, Enrique managed significant projects at Construcciones Vera S.A., GRUPO PUENTES, and Copcisa, including leading the execution of highway works for various administrations. Enrique holds a degree in Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos from Universidad de Granada and an MBA in Business Administration from Escuela de Formación Empresarial.
