Fatih Köse

Fatih K. is an experienced researcher with a strong background in financial and criminal investigations. Currently serving as a researcher at the Ministerie van Financiën since November 2021, Fatih previously worked at ING Nederland from February 2016 to November 2021 in various roles, including KYC Investigations and KYC / CDD analysis, focusing on AML/TF research and onboarding processes. Fatih's early career included a research analyst role at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, conducting a case study on potential judicial errors, and internships with the Nederlandse Politie involving cold case analyses and investigations into Turkish involvement in synthetic drug crime. Fatih holds a Master's degree in Criminology and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as a Master's degree in Forensic Criminology from Leiden University.
