Madison Pathe

Madison Pathe is an experienced Human Resources professional and multimedia content creator. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Ayzenberg, Madison supports over 100 marketing agency employees, overseeing onboarding and compliance processes. Additionally, Madison holds a long-term role at Ice Water Games as a Video Editor and Social Media Manager, leading trailer production and social media content development. Volunteer experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager for Save the Water™, where Madison directed onboarding initiatives for remote volunteers, and previously as an Administrative Associate at Barrio Action Youth & Family Center, managing recruitment processes.
