Tania Boterdaele

Tania Boterdaele is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in payroll and HR administration. Currently serving as HR-manager at AZ Alma since November 2022, Tania previously held the position of Coordinator Payroll & HR administration at AZ St-Lucas Gent from April 2013 to November 2022. Early in the career, Tania worked as a Project Consultant at TriFinance Belgium from January 2011 to March 2013, focusing on practical solutions in various projects.
