Sarah Boone is an experienced professional with a robust background in technology, quality management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Directeur Technologie & Kwaliteit at az groeninge since April 2019, Sarah is dedicated to building a reliable and innovative technological environment that supports healthcare quality. Previously, at Bekaert from August 2003 to December 2018, Sarah held several key positions, including Regional Change Manager for the 'BeCare' Transformation Program in Northern Europe, overseeing a significant behavioral safety initiative. Other roles encompassed managing operational teams in R&D, directing the technical department for Next Generation Sawing Wire, and leading mechanical testing at the Bekaert Technology Centre. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering from KU Leuven and a Master's in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering from K.H.B.O. Oostende, complemented by executive development education from CEDEP.
