Laurence Dequin

Laurence Dequin has a background in industrial and organizational psychology, having earned a Master of Science in Psychology focusing on organizational psychology and personnel policy from Ghent University between 2010 and 2016. Currently serving as a Business Psychologist specializing in recruitment and selection at AZ Jan Palfijn since August 2016, Laurence previously gained experience as a Trainee Occupational Psychologist at OCMW Gent from September 2015 to January 2016, where work involved the Organization & Engagement and Selection Departments. Additionally, a short internship at Tempo-Team in September to November 2014 provided experience in recruitment and selection processes. Early education was completed at Sint-Bavohumaniora from 2003 to 2009.
