Anton Veyt

Anton Veyt is an experienced neurosurgeon with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a neurosurgeon at AZ Monica since April 2020, Veyt previously held the same title at AZ Sint-Maarten for seven years. Prior experience includes roles as Funktionsoberarzt and resident in pediatric neurosurgery and complex spine surgery at RWTH Aachen University. Early in the career, Veyt completed residency in neurosurgery at Emmaus and general and orthopedic surgery at AZ Maria Middelares. A background in neurology was established at AZ Sint Jan Brugge Oostende AV, where participation as a co-investigator in stroke trials took place. Veyt earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Ghent University, following education at College Sint-Niklaas.
