Katrin Vandael

Katrin Vandael has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Verantwoordelijke Staf HR at AZ Monica since March 2011, where responsibilities include being a sparring partner for management, shaping HR policies, talent management, recruitment, and implementation of HR applications. Prior to this role, Katrin was HR-directeur ad interim and held various positions at Randstad from June 2005 to December 2010, including Branch Manager and Consultant, focusing on candidate selection, client relations, and project coordination. Katrin's career began in the healthcare field as a Physiotherapist at Nirwana and in independent practice, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen.
