Leen Wouters

Leen Wouters is an experienced HR professional with a background in training, development, and talent management. With a strong focus on e-learning, onboarding, and leadership, Leen has held various HR management positions at companies such as Lidl, Jaguar Land Rover, and AZ Sint-Maarten. Leen has also worked in sales and management roles earlier in their career. Leen holds degrees in African Languages and Cultures as well as teaching, and has pursued additional education in HR and business management.
