Lore Aerts

Lore Aerts has extensive experience in personnel policy, recruitment, and selection, currently working as a Medewerker personeelsbeleid at AZ Turnhout since December 2016. Prior to this role, Lore Aerts served as a Research Consultant at MenT Associates from July to December 2016, where the focus was on helping organizations recruit and develop unique talent for key positions. Additionally, Lore Aerts completed a seven-month internship in selection and recruitment at UZ Leuven from September 2015 to March 2016, engaging in various tasks including competency-based interviewing and proactive recruitment actions. Educational qualifications include a degree from KU Leuven, completed between 2011 and 2016, and earlier studies at Kardinaal Van Roey Instituut, Vorselaar, from 2005 to 2011.
