Jerry Garcia

Jerry Garcia currently serves as the Director of Investor Relations and Chief of Staff at Azafran Capital Partners since June 2021. Previously, from September 2015 to December 2019, Jerry held the position of Senior Director of Global Development at Story Worldwide, focusing on contract logistics and client engagement in the United States Virgin Islands. Jerry's experience also includes working as Chief of Staff for Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett at the U.S. House of Representatives from January 2014 to October 2015. As the CEO and Senior Marketing Consultant at Results from January 2012 to December 2014, Jerry specialized in strategic marketing for various companies. Additionally, Jerry managed marketing and public relations at the USVI Economic Development Authority from October 2008 to December 2011, and served as CMO of Punto Com in Italy, where marketing implementation was a key responsibility. Early career included project management roles at ICF Consulting and Aspen Systems Corporation. Jerry holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from the International University of Germany and a Bachelor's degree in Rhetorical Communications from the University of Virginia.
