Courtney Joestgen (She/Her)

Courtney Joestgen has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Courtney started their career at American Home Patient in 2013 as a DME Qualification Specialists specifically for the PAP team, she then moved to the Oxygen team and finally transferred to the Referral Intake Qualification Specialist, where they worked until December 2016. Courtney then transferredto American Home Patients Audit Division, this time in a role called Medicare Audit ReimbursementSpecialist until April 2017.

In April 2017 Courtney started working at Barnes Healthcare as a billing specialist specifically on the Commercial payer team. While her time there Courtney transitioned to the Revenue Qualification team working on CMNs and Authorizations for DME, Infusions and Enteral patients.

In 2019, Courtney joined Azalea Health, where they have held multiple roles. Courtney started as a Reimbursement Specialist in December 2019 and progressively advanced to Team Lead in July 2021. Courtney currently holds the position of Associate Manager RCM Reimbursement, starting from May 2023.
