Heather Hastings possesses extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of RCM EDI Rejections and UAT at CareCentrix since May 2015. Prior roles include RCM EDI Rejection Manager, RCM EDI Lead Analyst, and Sr. Analyst EDI Requirements. Previously, at MedHOK, Inc. from June 2011 to May 2015, Heather held various positions including Project/Implementation Manager, Configuration Manager, and Sr. Configuration Analyst, where notable contributions included leading project implementations, managing cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing client-specific configurations. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Campbell University and an Associate of Science degree in Math & Science from Onondaga Community College.
