Rachel Walker is the Director of Customer Success at Azalea Health since May 2018. Prior to this role, Rachel has held various positions such as Senior Manager of Customer Learning & Development, Customer Learning & Development Manager, Senior Operations Analyst, Senior Software Implementation Specialist, and Software Implementation Specialist. Rachel also briefly worked as a Credentialing & Privileging Coordinator at Southwell in May 2017. Rachel graduated from Valdosta State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration.
