Pauline Phua

Pauline Phua, CFA, CAIA, serves as Managing Director at Azalea Investment Management since November 2019, leading the Private Equity Fund of Fund platform, Altrium, and participating as an Investment Committee member. Prior experience includes serving as Portfolio Manager at Shell from February 2015 to October 2019, focusing on global private equity investments, particularly in Europe and Emerging Markets. Previously, Pauline worked as an Associate at Hermes GPE, concentrating on private equity co-investments, and as a Senior Investment Analyst at the National University of Singapore, specializing in illiquid asset classes. Earlier roles included positions as an Asian Listed Equities Analyst at Aberdeen Asset Management and an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Pauline holds a BBA (Honours) in Finance from the National University of Singapore and has participated in student exchange programs at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and NYU Stern School of Business.
