In these positions, they were responsible for developing revenue strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Prior to Azamara, Paul worked at TourTrek as a Sales & Service Manager and at Go4 Marketing LLC as a Business Development Consultant. Paul also served as a Global Recruitment, Business Development & Compliance Director at CTI Group Worldwide Services. Paul began their career at Royal Caribbean International, where they held several positions, including Senior Fleet Marketing & Revenue Manager, Marketing & Revenue Manager, and Training Development Manager. Before joining Royal Caribbean, they worked as a Lead Corporate Trainer at Carnival Cruise Lines. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated a strong ability to drive revenue growth and create innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the market.
Paul Chapple attended the University of Wales from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Media Broadcast Technology with a field of study in radio broadcast.
