In 2020, they founded OteroAP, partnering with companies to help solve operational, digital transformation, and product & service delivery challenges. From 2018 to 2020, they were the VP of Operations at Black Swan Data, using AI and social data to understand consumer behaviour and uncover game-changing insights. In 2018, they were a Wayfarer at Sabbatical. From 2013 to 2018, they were the Executive Delivery Director and Program Director, Products & Services at AKQA. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Head of Project Management at Fabric Worldwide LLC. From 2009 to 2012, they were the Director of Technical Project Management at Tribal Worldwide London. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Senior Digital and Operations Manager at Enfatico Y&R Brands. From 2005 to 2007, they were the Product Manager at Xtreme Information Ltd.
