Ruslan Mikhalevich

Ruslan Mikhalevich has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Ruslan most recently worked at Azati Software as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at DesignScan and as the Director at Humans IT, where they were responsible for developing IT company strategies, business planning, budgeting, recruitment, and managing teams of developers, designers, and product managers. Ruslan also played a significant role in opening a company in Belarus and successfully becoming a resident of the High Tech Park. Before that, Ruslan was the Chief of PMO at ActivePlatform, where they led a team of project managers, developers, and architects, and participated in projects for the development and implementation of a cloud service provision platform. Ruslan also worked at beCloud as a project manager for the construction of the "Republican Data Center," overseeing the creation of the center from scratch and collaborating with various vendors. In their earlier career, Ruslan served as the Director of Business Development at YOTA and as the Head of the Technical Department at MTS - Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd, where they played a key role in the launch and development of cellular mobile communications in Grodno region and Belarus.

Ruslan Mikhalevich completed their Bachelor's degree at Belarusian National Technical University in an unspecified field of study in 2001. Later, they attended Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS (Institute) where they pursued Project Management until 2013.
