Valeriya Nahavonskaya

Valeriya Nahavonskaya began their work experience in 2016 as a Software Engineer at OAO Grodno Azot, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Azati Software as a Business Analyst, and they are currently employed there. In 2018, they also worked at ITIBO as a Business Analyst until 2019. Most recently, they worked as a Trainer (Business Analysis) at IT Academy from September 2021 to January 2022.

Valeriya Nahavonskaya completed their Bachelor's degree in Manager-Economist of Information Systems at the Yanka Kupala Grodno State University from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the "Deeply Practical Project Management" course from Udemy and became a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner I through Scrum.org. Valeriya also received training in "Software Testing Introduction" from EPAM Systems in 2018 and in the "Basics of Project Management and Business Analysis" from ITIBO in 2016. Further, they acquired certification in "IT Essentials: PC Hardware and Software" from Cisco in 2013.
