Allen King

Senior Vice President Of Project Development at AZCO INC.

Allen King has a comprehensive work history in the construction and project development industry. Allen began their career at AZCO in 2003 as a Project Manager, where they managed projects until 2011. From there, they joined Babcock & Wilcox as a District Construction Manager for four years. In 2015, they returned to AZCO as the General Manager, overseeing operations until 2018 when they became the Director of Regional Offices. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Project Development before assuming their current role as the Senior Vice President of Project Development in 2022. Throughout their career, Allen has demonstrated expertise in planning, coordination, and strategic oversight in various industries such as power generation, oil and gas, pulp and paper, water, federal, and transportation.

Allen King attended the University of St. Thomas in 2017, where they completed the Leadership and Management Program. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they studied at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Construction Management. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, Allen attended Dunwoody College of Technology from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating.
