Julie Bradley

Julie Bradley has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Julie began their career at Anchor Foods (now McCain Foods) in 1999, where they held a position in Human Resources. In 2001, Julie joined Banta Corporation (now RR Donnelley) as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for employee relations, performance management, pay equity evaluation, recruiting, and implementing an employee recognition program. In 2007, Julie joined AZCO INC. as a Human Resources Manager and was later promoted to Human Resources Director. Their responsibilities at AZCO INC. included recruiting, performance management, talent development, benefits and compensation management, training and development, and ensuring human resources compliance.

Julie Bradley pursued their undergraduate education from 1999 to 2001 at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing. Additionally, in April 2020, Julie obtained certification as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from the institution Prosci.
