Lynette Quek

Lynette Quek is currently a Technical Application Executive at Azelis since May 2022, specializing in formulating dairy, dairy alternatives, beverages, and frozen dessert concepts. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Application Assistant at Azelis, where Lynette led application work in the dairy and beverage segment, and as a Product Development Intern at FrieslandCampina, focusing on raw material usage in various milk products. Additional internships at Givaudan and KH Roberts involved creating flavor datasheets, operating pilot-scale equipment for flavor encapsulation, and conducting lab trials. A Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology was obtained from the National University of Singapore, complemented by previous education at Victoria Junior College and Nan Chiau High School.
