Xavier Sponton

Xavier Sponton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and health sector. Currently serving as the Business Unit Manager for Food & Health at Azelis France since December 2001, Xavier oversees a team of 19, managing a turnover of €25 million in food ingredients, with responsibilities encompassing distribution for notable clients such as MANE, DIANA, T&L, CPKELCO, FRIESLAND, and FONTERRA. Prior to this role, Xavier spent nearly a decade at ARNAUD as a Food Product Manager, where significant contributions included the development of a diverse range of products such as mineral lactates, enzymes, texturized starches, and emulsifiers. Xavier holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a degree in Food Engineering from Institut Supérieur d'Agriculture de Beauvais ISAB Lassalle.
